These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and kabet ("kabet," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the kabet online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, and content available at kabet.one (the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on kabet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the kabet Platform, including registered players, guests browsing the site, and any person accessing the Platform from within the Republic of the Philippines or from any other jurisdiction where access to the Platform is permitted by applicable law.

Access to and use of the kabet Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine law governing online gambling and casino-style gaming activities.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of kabet, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by kabet or by PAGCOR or any other regulatory authority.

By registering on kabet, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out above. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account termination and legal action where appropriate.

To access the full range of kabet's gaming services, you must register a player account. The following rules apply to all kabet accounts:

• One Account Per Player: Each individual may hold only one active kabet account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kabet login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. kabet will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Account Verification (KYC): kabet may require you to complete identity verification procedures at any time, including submission of a government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within the required timeframe may result in account suspension.
• Non-Transferability: Your kabet account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.

kabet reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

All financial transactions on the kabet Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits: kabet accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page. Deposits are credited to your kabet account balance upon confirmation of receipt. kabet does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to verification requirements. kabet aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed on the withdrawal page.

kabet does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Any attempt to deposit funds from an account belonging to another person will result in the return of funds and may trigger a compliance review.

kabet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. kabet reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements, which must be fulfilled before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in each promotion's terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in forfeiture of all bonus amounts.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any bonus credits or associated winnings not used within the specified validity period will be automatically removed from your account.
• kabet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already accepted and in progress will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of acceptance.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting technical errors, or engaging in low-risk wagering patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kabet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting your eligibility to use the Platform.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including poker, live dealer games, or any multiplayer format.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an advantage over other players or the house.
• Money Laundering: Using the kabet Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities. kabet complies with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and will report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access another player's account, the Platform's backend systems, or any restricted area of the kabet infrastructure.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward kabet staff or other players through any communication channel.

All content on the kabet Platform — including but not limited to the kabet brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, audio, video, user interface design, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of kabet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from kabet.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any Platform content or software.
• Use the kabet brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written permission.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform for any commercial purpose.

Any unauthorized use of kabet's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, kabet's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your kabet account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kabet shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical failures, server downtime, or interruptions to the Platform that are beyond kabet's reasonable control.
• Loss or corruption of account data resulting from circumstances outside kabet's control, including force majeure events, cyberattacks, or third-party infrastructure failures.
• Any decision made by you in reliance on information provided on the Platform, including odds, game statistics, or promotional materials.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, including GCash, PayMaya, or banking institutions.

kabet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. The following tools and policies are available to all kabet players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time via the account settings page.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts to help manage time spent on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion by contacting kabet's support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of time spent and amounts wagered are available to all players.

kabet reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a regulatory authority.
• Determination that you are ineligible to use the Platform under applicable law.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus credits and any funds subject to an active investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. kabet will not be liable for any losses you incur as a result of account termination where such termination is carried out in accordance with these Terms.

You may close your kabet account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to the date of closure.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute arising between you and kabet that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. kabet operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for online gaming operators serving the Philippine market.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

kabet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, kabet will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the kabet Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10 above.
